The salary for this position is £25,320 per annum and is a permanent position.

- Hours: Monday - Friday rotational shift patterns, 8am - 4.30pm and 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Answering inbound queries from customers and members of the public
- Making outbound calls to arrange and schedule engineer appointments
- Maintaining client records and scheduling engineer bookings on the system
- Booking hotel accommodation for field engineers where required
- Arranging quotes for external works where required
- Assisting the internal account Management team, Sales Team and Installation Team
- Performing other adhoc duties as requested
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience of handling high volumes calls
- High levels of organisation
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results focused with the ability to find solutions to problems
