About the Role:

As a Finance Assistant you will:

  • Process Financial Documents: Accurately handle invoices, credit card statements, and supplier payments, ensuring timely and precise processing.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and engineers, resolving queries and processing refunds with efficiency and care.
  • Ensure Financial Accuracy: Reconcile statements, balances, receipts, and remittances to uphold financial integrity.
  • Manage Customer Finance Applications: Activate and oversee customer finance applications, ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records for sub-contractors and ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support Your Team: Assist colleagues during busy periods and support the Head of Finance with various projects and activities.
  • Oversee Communication Channels: Manage finance inboxes and communication channels to provide timely responses and positive outcomes for customers.
