Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a 2+ PQE Solicitor to advance their career in a thriving legal practice with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Conduct property searches, draft legal documents, and handle transactions
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
- Provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships
- Stay updated on legal developments in the field of conveyancing
Ideal Candidate:
- A 2+ PQE Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
