Key Responsibilities
- Attending Client meetings & corresponding with clients
- Writing Engagement Letters
- Writing suitability reports
- Keying new business, drawdowns, Bed & SIPPs, rebalances and withdrawals.
- Populating applications
- Updating Voyant
- Cash & Rebalance Reports
- Checking CGT Reports
- CF Calculations
- Diploma in regulated financial planning or studying towards
The lead IFA adviser is moving towards retirement and the plan will be to " hand over " the clients within the next 2 -3 years.
Skills & Experience
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
- Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving
- Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
