Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a temp to perm Operations Assistant to work with one of our clients in the logistics sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking for a career in management. Full In-house training will be provided.
Important information about this Administrator role:
- 12-week temp to perm position
- Monday to Friday
- Working hours are 10:00am- 8:00pm
- Dealing with drivers
- Handling enquires over the phone as well as in person
- Helping with the office operations and planning for drivers
- General office administration

- Own transport to commute to and from work
- Excellent customer service
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Take ownership of your own work as well as being able to work in a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- 'Can do' attitude
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
