Your duties as the Finance Manager will include but won't be limited to:
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
- Leading and managing the finance team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Monitoring financial performance and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Developing and managing the annual budgeting process.
- Preparing financial forecasts based on trends and organisational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
- Implementing and monitoring internal controls.
- Ensuring effective, accurate and timely communication throughout the organisation, both internally and externally, where required.
To succeed as Finance Manager you will be:
- Ideally Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience .
- Experienced in a similar team leading position.
- A proficient expert in the domains of financial and management accounting, adept at meticulously sculpting budgets with finesse and accuracy.
- Experienced in successfully running an annual audit.
- Inquisitive, with the ability to work closely with senior managers and team members.
