Salary: - £30,000 to £38,000 per annum (negotiable depending on skills and experience)
Permanent Position - Work Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00. (Overtime will be required when needed)

Main Responsibilities: We are currently recruiting a field based Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required to work at various sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with extensive industry background with skills and knowledge to work with our reactive team in and around the London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will be working with a well establish friendly but professional family run business, providing your skills to a wide and varied range of mixed Commercial and NHS managed portfolio of properties and clients. The Person: The candidate preferably must have the following; however, Marlin will put the candidate on various training courses to fulfil the company's needs:
- Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service.
- Qualification in a base trade such as carpentry or plumbing.
- You must be able to demonstrate multi-trade experience within a similar role.
- CSCS Card or NVQ in Relevant Trade (preferred) will require DBS checks
The Role: As a Multi Skills Maintenance Engineer you will be able to:
- Achieve the highest standard of customer service, be able to work under pressure, possess a flexible approach.
- Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work (carpentry - locks, door closers, kitchen unit repair, flooring/fence timber repairs, installs, making good, kitchen and bathroom refits, plumbing - tap changes, waste pipe repairs, basin/toilet repairs/replacements, Decorating - minor decorating and filling, unblocking gutters/gulley's) to a variety of Commercial and NHS properties.
- Good fault-finding and leak investigation skills.
- Work on larger projects.
- Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from surveys and investigations.
- Work effectively as part of a team and individually.
- Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities.
- Complete reports and paperwork as required.
- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Hold a minimum of 5 years Full Clean UK Driving Licence (Required)
