Account Executive - Uxbridge
£28,000 + bonus, 4.30pm finish each day, free on-site parking, stunning central Uxbridge based offices!
Our client, a privately owned organisation with a fantastic product offering, is now seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their current team in their stunning central Uxbridge based offices.
The company is full of down-to-earth and chatty characters, so they are looking for a like-minded person to join them long term!

Responsibilities include:
- Answering calls
- Taking orders over the phone
- Up-selling to new and existing customers
- Processing email orders
- Reaching out to lapsed clients
- Taking incoming sales calls
- Covering the live chat system
- Answering customer queries via email or incoming calls
- Speaking to the warehouse team regarding ETA's, delivery queries, etc.
- Contacting customers to advise of any out-of-stock products or delays and offering alternative products if needed
- Retaining product knowledge
Experience Desired:
- Previous experience within sales and service
- Strong IT skills and comfortable using multiple screens
- Fantastic telephone manner and strong writing skills
- Will thrive working in an upbeat office with lots of banter!!
