Senior Contentious Probate Practitioner

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contenious Probate Practitioner to lead a team of two solicitors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE and the ability to step up into a senior role immediately. We are currently representing a band 1 ranked firm in Chambers' High Net Worth Guide, and the contentious probate team is well-supported by a highly regarded and well-connected private client team. As part of the wider litigation team, you will be working alongside three partners, three senior associates, a solicitor, a paralegal, and an trainee.

About the Role:
As a Senior Contenious Probate Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to mould the team and set its direction, while also being supported by an experienced litigation team. You will be expected to:
Manage high-value cases
Mentor and train colleagues
Develop and maintain client relationships
Manage a varied caseload
Requirements:
6 years PQE plus
Proven experience of running high-value cases, mentoring and training colleagues, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing a varied caseload
Ability to generate your own work and quickly adapt to an existing and growing caseload
Excellent communication and leadership skills
