Telesales Agent (Uncapped Commission) £25,000 (OTE £50,000+) + Training + Progression + Monday - Friday + Company Benefits Blackpool
Are you a Telesales Agent or similar, looking for a role with Uncapped commission and target first year earnings that can see you double your wage, with a dynamic growing company that are committed to offer training to staff and progression routes into management?
On offer is the opportunity to be apart of the continued growth in a company that works with Estate agents, trying to source relevant companies to take out advertisements in the Estate agents brochures, by contacting new companies and ones previously contacted..
In this role you will receive full onboarding training, to give you a full understanding of the business and its practises. You will be placed on a project, working on an Estate agents brochure and attempt to bring in perspective companies interested in taking out advertisements. Once you have generated interest from a company to take out an advertisement, you then pass the lead on to a Sales Rep who will deal with the finalisation of the deal and receive commission worked out at 5% of the total contracts value.
This role will be suited to a highly motivated Telesales Agent, looking for a role with massive earning potential and the opportunity to be apart of a dynamic growing company, that offer weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives as well as quarterly company events / nights out.
The Role:
- Office Based
- Telesales (Including Cold calling)
- Generating Leads and develop and build accounts
- Meet Sales Targets
- Log and Report work
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Ther Person:
- Telesales / Sales Background
- Strong Verbal and Written communication
- IT Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Commutable to Blackpool
