However is very negotiable (We are very open to Flexible hour for example 9am-3pm for people looking for more family friendly hours, Part time 3 Days a Week etc.)
Salary - £22,308K Pro Rata + Monthly Bonus

- Willingness to Learn Responsibilities Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:
- Processing Daily web orders and sample requests
- Answering calls, Emails and letters from General public relating to questions, queries, orders or complaints
- Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone
- Maintain QA spreadsheets
- Assist in Maintaining company Website - adjusting product information, imagery, adding new lines and monitoring reviews Assist in Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms
