Description
- Leading the Secretarial & Business Support team to achieve strategic goals.
- Implementing customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Analysing customer feedback and market trends to inform decision making.
- Developing strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and growth.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Managing team performance and providing necessary training and development.
- Maintaining knowledge of FMCG industry trends and practices.
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of policies that enhance customer satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Customer Success Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
