Description

  • Leading the Secretarial & Business Support team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Implementing customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing customer feedback and market trends to inform decision making.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Managing team performance and providing necessary training and development.
  • Maintaining knowledge of FMCG industry trends and practices.
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of policies that enhance customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
