I'm thrilled to be seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join a collaborative Architectural Practice who are dedicated to guaranteeing great professional advancement while obtaining experience on a wide range of projects throughout the RIBA stages. This flourishing architectural practice has a long history of producing exquisitely designed, imaginative, and forward-thinking projects, working alongside a number of well known, repeat clients. With extensive specialised experience, this dynamic business has worked on projects involving community buildings, custom homes, interior design, and hospitality. Their classic designs are committed to making sure that the spaces improve the quality of life for the end users, and they are always looking for innovative methods to incorporate eco-friendly techniques into their designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural Designer to become a key member in a growing practice in Essex.

The successful Architectural Designer will boast creativity and a passion for delivering high quality designs and technical drawings with experience in residential projects a number of years' experience working in an architectural practice.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer:

  • Relevant Architectural related qualification
  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Experience working on bespoke, private residential projects is essential
  • Hospitality project experience is desired
  • Excellent design and technical abilities
  • Experience on RIBA Stages 3-6 would be beneficial
  • Strong portfolio
  • Boast creativity and design flare
  • Driven for continual improvement
  • Well versed in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
  • Passionate about innovation and sustainable designs
  • Live locally to the Essex area
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work well both in a team and independently
