Payroll / HR Administrator, part time 25 hours per week (on site)

Salary £17,500 - £21,000 dependant on experience (this is the part-time salary rate)

We are seeking self-motivated, driven and experienced HR / Payroll Administrator . A key part of this role is to process timesheets and Time & Attendance data, through to supporting the administration around processing the two monthly payrolls, dealing with exceptions, and resolving queries in a timely manner. As the first point of contact for the HR team through the management of the HR in-box, thus delivering our customers excellent service by responding to questions within 24 hours. You will support both on-boarding and off-boarding activities as well as absence management processes, which will support accurate records in SAP. You will also be asked to support the HR team, and we look forward to welcoming you. You will join a small but welcoming HR Team. Our environment can be demanding and therefore a level of personal resilience and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

You should possess 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including maths and english, and Charter Institute of Payroll Professionals qualification is desireable. Experience in processing data is essential and previous experience in using SAP/Success Factors is advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, especially when working under pressure and possess the ability to work within a busy environment. You will be working with sensitive data so discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required, and some knowledge of HR practices is desirable.
