We are now looking for a Manufacturing Shift Production Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'll need to be available to work rotating 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday each week (06:00 – 14:00, 22:00 – 06:00, 14:00 – 22:00), plus an average of two mandatory extra hours* on weekdays or weekends.

The Role

As a Manufacturing Shift Production Operative, you will provide vital support to our manufacturing and production line.

Working as part of a small friendly team, you will receive products from the production line and check their quality and labelling as well as using equipment such as pump trucks.

About You

To be considered as our Manufacturing Shift Production Operative, it would be beneficial if you're familiar with repetitive manual work and have great communication skills, however, we offer full training to help you settle into the role as well as a short 30 minute trial.

  • Average hours 42 per week = 40 hours per week basic pay £12.51 per hour + £25.02 for 104 extra hours (guaranteed £28,622.80 over 12 months). There is also optional overtime available at £20 per hour.
