We're looking for an outstanding and inspiring Biology Teacher to join a successful secondary school and Sixth Form in the beautiful Channel Islands.
In this exciting contract role, you will be able to combine your love of teaching Biology with stunning surroundings. You will join a highly supportive Science department, which is committed to giving students a lifelong appetite for learning.
As an experienced and enthusiastic Biology Teacher, you will have a passion for teaching your subject to KS3, KS4 and possibly KS5 pupils. You will enjoy great facilities as you encourage your students to develop the confidence, courage and resilience to aspire to excellence.
This Biology Teacher role is 3-week parental leave contract from 11th November - 3rd December, although it could be the perfect springboard to other teaching opportunities in the Channel Islands. Teaching in the Channel Islands is an easier transition than you might think and could be just the adventure you're waiting for. Skills and requirements:
- QTS
- The right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
- A solid background in teaching Biology
- An inspirational, driven and passionate teacher
- Available to start in November.
