Head of Public Sector Housing Partnerships
Location: Luton
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum (Permanent)

Our client are a high growth property business with operations across the UK providing services to public sector housing organisations and are now in search of a Head of Public Sector Housing Partnerships, to play a crucial role in expanding their business relationships with Local Authorities and driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Head of Public Sector Housing Partnerships Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development focused role to gain new partnerships
- Develop and improve business with existing Local Authority housing partners
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams
- Lead bidding efforts for PSL's and frameworks with new Local Authorities
- Manage and mentor a team of property specialists
- Ensure team objectives and targets are understood and achieved
- Travel to customer sites as needed (minimum 2 days per week in Luton office)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a commercially focused role partnering with or within a Local Authority or Housing Association
- Strong understanding of internal processes in public sector organisations
- Knowledge of contract tendering and awarding procedures
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
