- CeMAP Qualified + 2 Years Mortgage Advice Experience Minimum
- Whole of Market knowledge and experience
- Hunger to manage, drive and grow a Mortgage Brokerage
- Ideally have built some sort of Client Bank
- Experience with Process, Compliance, Performance Management
- Good technical knowledge of Mortgage & Protection
