OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading sustainable design and compliance consultancy based in York. They are currently on the lookout for a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor to provide their expertise on various multidisciplined projects.
Role responsibilities for an OCDEA include:
- Carrying out SAP assessments and calculations for commercial and non-residential projects
- Provide highly technical advice to clients and ensure their sustainability targets are met and their projects are in compliance with Part L
- Produce general sustainability and energy strategies and reports based off Site inspections to provide to clients
The ideal OCDEA will have:
- An OCDEA Qualification with a minimum of 1 years' experience within an SAP assessor role
- Up to date knowledge and experience with UK Building Regulations and legislations
- Previous experience within a client facing role, providing sustainability advice and consultancy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
