My client is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Director, based in Stockton.
Key Responsibilities:
PA to Director:
- Use Microsoft Excel to assist with various administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain the Director's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Provide daily reminders and scheduling support to ensure effective time management.
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, holidays, hotels, and personal appointments for the Director.
- Manage office stock orders and coordinate with external vendors for supplies.
- Assist with product cleansing and processing refunds.
- Monitor office security and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Customer Care & Office Support:
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering reception calls and managing live chat queries.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Process orders, create order confirmations, and manage payments.
- Liaise with suppliers and respond to customer reviews across various platforms.
- Maintain and update the company website.
