Description
- Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Review of Financial Promotions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide compliance advice and support to various business units.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (desirable).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the investment management industry or other related field.
- Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, CISI) are a plus.
