I am currently working with a Tier 1 bank who is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They are seeking a talented Mid-Level Project/Program Manager with a strong background in business change within financial services. The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience, particularly in data-intensive environments.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in London-based office
Duration: initial 12 months
Rate: £625pd inside IR35 via umbrella
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in a regulated industry, ideally within financial services.
- Strong understanding of business change initiatives and the ability to navigate complex, data-intensive environments.
- Demonstrated the ability to operate independently while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards in a regulated environment.
