HR Administrator

Pure are working exclusively with a charity organisation who are due to growth looking for a HR Administrator on a part time basis to join their HR team.

Main Duties:

  • Assisting with day-to day operations of HR support duties
  • Administrative support to HR Manager and team
  • Processing documentation and preparing staff reports
  • Recruitment activites, supporting with vacancies, arranging shortlisting
  • Ensuring the company's processes comply with employment law.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must have Excel knowledge
  • Payroll experience would be a bonus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for supporting employees

Working Hours:

This is a part time vacancy for 21 hours per week. Hours can be worked over three, four or five days per week. Working days to include Monday and Thursday.

Salary : £25k-£28k pro rata
