Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an award winning firm, based in Cumbria. They are looking for an Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their Legal team. Role: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Kendal
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
PQE: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide clients with sound legal advice tailored to their specific circumstances.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.
- Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel
- and experts
- Able to handle high caseload in Property Litigation from start to completion.
About you:
- Excellent knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with 2 years PQE.
