Nexus Recruitment are looking for a Senior Block Property Manager to join a dynamic team in an organically growing managing agent in North London. This position is to oversee a well-maintained portfolio across North London and will be no more than 6 blocks of 250 units and there are no high-rises in this portfolio. You will have an appreciation for a service led approach when managing this portfolio and you will be encouraged to be innovative within your role.
Core duties:
- Manage your portfolio ensuring full compliance with current legislation and H&S
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are upheld
- Build a strong rapport with key stakeholders
- Financial responsibility through setting & managing service charge budgets and year-end accounts, with the support of the finance team
My client is dedicated to your personal career development and will ensure that the path that's set out from day one is discussed with you and then tailored to what you are looking for. They are a medium sized office and have a great team dynamic; someone who enjoys getting involved with the wider team is ideal for this role. There are 1-2 days a week from home with this position depending on your preference. They will sponsor your TPI qualifications and provide further study support in areas surrounding real estate, should you wish to pursue it.
Required skill-set:
- 4 years' experience within private leasehold management
- ATPI / MTPI
- Driven and motivated
- Effective communicator
