My clients a well established Suffolk Estate Agents are looking for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in estate agency sales to join their busy Halesworth office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Prospecting for new business
- Sales negotiations
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Arranging solicitor and mortgage referrals
- Booking valuations
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- MINIMUM TWO YEAR'S ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE
- Good people skills both on the phone and face to face
- Confident
- Hard Working
- Pro active making outbound calls
- Confident personality
- Strong Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Target Driven
- Proven Sales Experience

A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED
Hours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30, every other Saturday 9.00 - 17.30 ( day off in lieu )
