My client is looking for an experienced chef to join them in a Head Chef position. As they have other locations and cheffing teams, they can guarantee rotating weekends off - they aim for at least one a month.

Whether for a quiet pint or a hearty meal, they offer an authentic English pub experience.
Must Haves:
- 2 years as a head chef working in a similar environment
- Self-sufficient and Proactive High level qualified sue chef looking to step up to Head Chef
- Driving license and car might be easier due to shift pattern-depends on candidate's location.

- Having great leadership skills & the ability to lead from the front
- Proud of their inhouse cleanliness and always have good personal hygiene

- Excited about specials, new menus, and promotions.
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Manage the kitchen to ensure food service is always excellent
- All ordering for the kitchen including food, equipment & cleaning products and ensure all stock and ordering is accurate to maximise cashflow
- Ensure that hygiene & cleanliness of the kitchen is to the highest standard
- Work with the pub manager to ensure service levels are at the highest standard
