Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated
Customer Care Assistant
to join our Redstone Wills team based in
Hastings.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm (one hour unpaid lunch break) Hourly Rate: £11.80 per hour (based on salary of £23,000)
As a
Customer Care Assistant,
your primary responsibility is to support the Will drafting team and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key roles and responsibilities of a
Customer Care Assistant:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in-house system, including comprehensive notes and filed correspondence.
- Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
- Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately. Skills and experience required for a Customer Care assistant:

Customer Care Assistant:
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional and confident telephone manner, previous experience answering calls is desirable.
- Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
- Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
