Leisure Team Leader

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Leisure Team Leader to join their existing vibrant and growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fitness and customer excellence. As a natural leader, you'll be responsible for motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring the leisure club operates smoothly.
Day to day of the role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring a high standard of service and facility maintenance.
- Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, from poolside management to coaching on the gym floor.
- Foster a positive and motivational environment for both staff and members.
- Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to implement strategies that enhance the member experience and club performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable passion for leisure and fitness.
- Solid knowledge and experience in leisure operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering the highest levels of member experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a motivational approach to team development.
- All candidates must be willing to undergo a successful DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
