We're looking for someone personable and professional to join our team as an Administrator on a part-time basis! This is a permanent, flexible position.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a recruitment agency as an administrator is desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Chatty and confident telephone manner.

Duties include:

  • Manage job postings
  • Candidate screening
  • Interview scheduling
  • Database management and maintenance
  • Reference checks
  • Reporting and compliance
  • Support recruitment and charity events
  • General administrative tasks

Details:

  • Office: Radlett, WD7 (hybrid)
  • Hours: 12-18 per week (flexible)
  • To start: ASAP
