We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in facades and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing costs, contracts, and project budgets within the construction industry, specifically in façade systems and building remediation.
Proven experience in facades and remediation.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC, JCT).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
