Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with SEN?

We're currently working with a few inclusive primary schools in Camden who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic SEN TAs to join their teams for the new academic year starting September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a genuine impact in the lives of young learners, with roles available for both 1:1 support and within small group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils with a range of SEN.
  • Support learning and development in and out of the classroom.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every pupil feels valued.
  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social interaction skills in a structured and nurturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
  • A reliable and proactive attitude, with a flexible approach to working across different classes and year groups.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
