Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for a well established business based in Coventry that is looking to bring in some an Accounts Administrator into their Accounts function. This role is part time working 30 hours a week on a temporary basis.
So what would you be doing?
- Monitoring and updating customer account information and reconciling information with finance reports
- Processing timesheets, recording annual leave and bank holiday rates
- Processing invoices for services provided to the customer
- Inputting new customer information for payroll services
- Identifying and resolving queries effectively

But what experience do you need?
- Preferably some experience working within an Accounts team
- Fully computer literacy with experience using Excel
