EPMO Project Manager - Contract

My London based client is looking for a Project Manager with excellent Business Change and Communication experience to join them on an initial 6 month contract to deliver a new EPMO across their organisation.

The successful Project Manager will have previous experience of delivering EPMO software for an organisation and have demonstrable experience of owning and managing the delivery, coordination, documentation, business change and communication of this.

The role will require 50% of a month on site at the clients central London office.

Skills

  • Previous experience of delivering EPMO software / solution previously is desirable
  • Solid Project Reporting and Documentation experience - including production of detailed project plans, project updates, delivery reports and financial reports
  • Demonstrable experience of working with 3rd parties and providers - working closely with them to put together detailed implementation plans and timescales
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and being responsible for financial aspects of Projects
  • Demonstrable experience of managing Risk across Projects - ensuring that all are reported and controlled
  • Demonstrable experience of Benefit realisation - tracking and aligning these to critical success factors
  • Demonstrable experience of managing business change across projects
  • Experience of delivering project updates and key projects communications to the wider business
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
