We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to help support the applications we've developed. You will be responsible for delivering world class support to our clients, troubleshooting and maintaining software solutions developed by our team.
You will bring a logical approach to problem solving, managing and resolving tickets and maintaining a high level of customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Providing technical support for the applications we've created
- Managing, resolving and escalating support tickets and queries
- Running regular maintenance such as updates
What you'll bring
- Understanding and experience of using JavaScript (TypeScript desirable)
- Understanding of React (Next.js desirable)
- Desirable: experience using relational databases
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage a range of complex tasks
