We are now looking for a Night Shift Counterbalance Driver to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working night shifts in Erith.

The Role
As a Night Shift Counterbalance Driver, you will safely load and unload products onto trailers, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to.
You will maintain accurate records of loading and unloading activities for audit purposes and ensure all goods are handled carefully to minimise damage.
Ensuring that operational and continuous improvement procedures are followed, you will communicate any concerns or variances to instructions to your line manager.
About You
To be considered as a Night Shift Counterbalance Driver, you will need:
- A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- An awareness of manual handling techniques
- The ability to work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, including a good understanding of written and verbal English
