Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interact with various stakeholders to Capture and Validate functional and non-functional requirement in the form of user stories and seek endorsement.
- Analysis of user stories to document technical details required for development and testing.
- Work with solution designer and contributed to define solution design and its approval.
- Create process flow to define end-to-end customer journey.
- Collaborated with various platform team and liaise with technical team for the successful delivery and implementation of requirements.
- Evaluate third-party APIs to ensure they align with the needs of the requirements.
- Assist the testing team in formulating the testing strategy and creating the test plan.
- Create and validate the schedule of events for the implementation and checkout.
