They are seeking a Part time Negotiator/Administrator with ideally experience to join their busy Team based in Sevenoaks.
Established in 1985, owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, they have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to their clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Registering new applicants
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Obtaining viewing feedback
- Negotiating sales
- Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and buyers
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Knowing a client's requirements to ensure efficient service
- Sales Progression

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

- Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green
- Have the right to work in the UK
Package per annum
- Basic Salary £24000 Pro Rata

Hours of work
- Flexible on hours to suit -
- Could be 3 days a week
- Could be 10am -2pm 5 days a week
