We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our client for an immediate start date.
This is a client facing role and will involve engaging employers looking to hire top talent. This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days working from home and occasional presence required in the Newcastle office. In return you will receive a base salary between £30,000-£35,000 plus an excellent bonus scheme and benefits including pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and the option to purchase up to 5 days additional annual leave.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and connecting with prospective employers.
- Building positive relationships with employers.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to devise marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and participating in networking events.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records using the Zoho CRM system.
Required Skills and Experience;
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sales and/or employer engagement.
- Competence and experience in engaging with management-level professionals.
- Familiarity with information technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Accustomed to a high degree of autonomy and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Highly personable and adept at building relationships.
- Driven and oriented toward goal achievement.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
