We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join the real estate development team of one of the most respected firms in the country. My client are looking to add real estate lawyers to their team across a number of their offices with a particular focus on Birmingham.
My client are growing significantly which is creating huge opportunity for development and growth into leadership positions, made easier by the exposure to high quality matters and clients that they are in a position to provide.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Lease extensions (residential, landlord and tenant)
- Auction disposals
- Street property acquisition and sales
- Land transfers
- Portfolio acquisitions
This role will allow for exposure to a wide range of matters from residential property through to large portfolio projects with private and public companies, developers, local authorities, charities and housing associations.
Salary: £42000 - £55000
