9 month temporary post based in Cheltenham.
Hours - 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm on a shift pattern basis.
£13.00 - £14.00 per hour.

Your new role
Will be managing the Reception area, which will involve answering, screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments. You will meet and greet visitors and contractors, check and collate visitors' badges and deal with administration duties such as printing and collating training material, ordering stationery, laminating documents and dealing with the postal requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have access to a car and a driving licence, as there is a requirement to travel between their sites, which are all within close proximity of one another. You will either have experience within a Reception post previously, or the ability to demonstrate transferable skills to a role such as this, for example, from a retail or hospitality background. You will be able to both interview and start this post immediately.
