Hours: 6:00-14:00 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-11:30 Fri / 13:30-22:00 Mon-Thurs, 10:30-16:00 Weekly Rotation

The Role
- Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns within the stipulated timeframes.
- Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to plant machinery efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance.
- Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
- Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies
The Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer - Mechanical Bias preferred (essential)
- Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential)
- Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous
- Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving License required
