Financial Administrator route to Paraplanner - £25k - £32k depending on experience - Full study support to level 4 diploma - Offices in Alton
My client is an independent financial advice business who have have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. The business has 12 Advisers and overall 30+ staff who work with c.1000 retirees, City professionals, families with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. A brand-new role within the business for Financial Administrator is being created. They are open to recruiting a junior entry level candidate, a candidate with 1 year of administration experience or a highly experienced administrator with 3+ years of experience who is well versed on end to end admin in a wealth planning firm. You will be responsible for all the administration for a poriton of the client bank that the business holds. You will be drafting LOA's, LOV's database management, creating meeting packs, some very basic suitability letters, speaking to clients and providers and any ad hoc support to the Advisers to support them in their duties. The role will be based in the office in Alton. A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package. The Directors are looking to offer between £25k - £32k basic salary depending on your experience levels.
