My client is seeking a paralegal to join their Corporate team, reporting into their Head of Corporate Legal. This role will have an emphasis on Corporate work (M&As, Disposals, IPOs, Finance Restructurings) with some ad-hoc duties covering Commercial Contracts, IP, Company Secretarial.
