Reward Advisor

Delighted to be working with this Bristol based firm again as they look to hire a Reward Advisor on a 6 month FTC basis. The role has a key focus on delivering a specific project on job evaluation and job architecture.

Working closely with the Head of Reward, HR Business Partners and senior business stakeholders, while also supporting and maintaining a relationship with Towers Watson, you will deliver and implement job evaluation and job architecture across a headcount of c.400-500 within Business Services/Corporate Functions. This will involve:

  • Analyse and assess job levels and compensation structures, conducting comprehensive job evaluations using Towers Watson methodologies
  • Analyse job roles to ensure internal equity and alignment with the market
  • Design and develop a robust job architecture framework
  • Develop and define job families, levels and career paths
  • Ensure consistency of job titles & specifications
  • Market research and benchmarking
  • Complex data and analysis

You will lead the project from inception to completion, developing the project plans, milestones and timelines, regularly reporting to the Head of Reward and senior management. As such you will need to be an experienced Reward Advisor with in-depth understanding of job evaluation, job architecture and Towers Watson methodologies, able to confidently demonstrate having led a similar project. Experience gained with a Professional Services and/or a Partnership led environment is desirable.

This is a 6 month FTC with a start date ideally in September or October. While the client is Bristol based they will also consider remote working in the UK with access to Bristol on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. They will also consider a 4 day week.
