AJ Chambers are currently working with a highly respected client seeking an Audit Director RI to join their Peterborough Office.
This role will see you balance leadership and delivery. You need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the direction the firm is going in, and how you and your team will contribute to its long term goals.
The key will be unleashing both your own potential, and that of your team. At this level you will be acting at as an Ri for the firm, and you should start to think more like an owner of the Firm, rather than an employee.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fully ACA / ACCA qualified with practice experience
- At least 5 years PQE
- Client and commercial awareness
- Strong leadership skills
- Networking and fee generation
