Our client is looking for a talented People Business Partner to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be identifying and developing internal talent pools to support succession and career development
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the People Business Partner Role:
- Creating a positive work environment facilitating strong connections between people and their work
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement
- Facilitating a culture of effective and relevant performance coaching to build employee capability
- Unlocking the potential of their teams, empowering continuous growth and developing skills, knowledge & experience

- HR qualification and/or experience
- Coaching & influencing Skills
- Commercial mindset and approach

- £50,000- £60,000 + Car Allowance & other benefits
