Quality personnel are currently looking for an experienced customer service specialist to join our market leading client for an 18 month FTC.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join this dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Managed Service Contract (MSP) customers, ensuring a seamless and consolidated service for their technical and product enquiries. You will also be responsible for creating detailed reports for the account managers.
Key role responsibilities
- Managing Mailbox Enquiries and handling inbound calls
- Logging Faults within MS Dynamics CRM for the company and supplier equipment
- Collate data and update cases within Ms Dynamics CRM
- Manage partner supplier equipment maintenance and liaise with customers to organise these
- Escalation of customer issues
- Inventory management
- Create reports for Account managers
- Update MS dynamics CRM for newly installed partner supplier equipment
- Continuously strengthen and develop with business partners
- Attend all company training
Skills required
- Comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics and MS Office Suite
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer service environment working towards KPI targets
- KPI writing experience for Customer accounts
- Strong Communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Experience working within the field of diagnostics - desirable
- Experience working with managed service contracts - desirable
