We are seeking a motivated Spanish Speaking Sales Executive to join our team and develop sales within Latin America, Europe, and the US. This entry-level position is ideal for junior sales professionals or recent college/university graduates living in London.
We are a London-based UK company specializing in organizing conferences and events for more than 10 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual sales through cold calls to new prospects
- Sell sponsorship packages and tickets for our events

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Fluent in Spanish (essential)
- Very ambitious
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and develop in a sales role
- Experience in succeeding in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and qualifying leads
- Result-driven with the ability to meet and overachieve targets
- Great personality and confidence
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- 1 month of cold calling experience or call centre experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our London office
Training and regular support will be provided to help you achieve your sales targets.
Basic salary plus f antastic uncapped commissions paid monthly.
