We are looking for a dynamic General Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. The successful candidate will drive business forward, exceed customer satisfaction levels, and effectively manage a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the service team.
- Manage costs and maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure accurate customer data collection and recording.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Full UK driving licence.
Offer:
- £42,000 basic salary, with £75,000 OTE (uncapped).
- Work hours: 42.5 per week, including some Saturday mornings.
